1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing simplepeps.com (the "Site") or placing an order with Tru Med Peptides ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Research-use only

All products sold by Tru Med Peptides are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. Products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. They have not been evaluated by the FDA. By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified researcher purchasing on behalf of a research institution and that you will comply with all applicable laws and institutional policies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction to purchase from Tru Med Peptides.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment-card data on our servers.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details on transit times, cold-chain handling, and damaged-shipment claims.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of research peptides, all sales are final once a vial seal is broken. Damaged or mis-shipped orders are eligible for replacement when reported within 7 days of delivery.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that products are fit for any particular research purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tru Med Peptides aggregate liability arising out of or related to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tru Med Peptides harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
